Yesterday i baked some plain cupcakes for my kids...actually last 2 weeks kat skolah Farah ade food poisoning case, & banyak kawan2 die yg terpaksa diangkut naik ambulance. Since then die pon trauma sama to buy food from the canteen...Farah kata..ibu bekal la ape2..nasik lemak ke...nasik goreng ke...ape2 je....alahai kesian la pulak..
Since then i pon jadik la ibu yg lebih organised gitu.  .mlm2 dah prepare nak masak ape...bangun pagi2 bute...x la bute sangat kalau 6.30am baru nak 'sehhhh...' kuali tu..
So utk hari ni Farah bawak bekal cupcake ye..ibu mintak 6 bijik tau nak deco..skang ni pulak kat forum cari tengah hangat pasal 'steam' buttercream..so bolehla cuba...
Since this is my first try using the 'steam' method and not used to it, the outcome didn't turn so good  ...mayb will try again some other time...

Semalam buatkan mini choc. cake ni utk sedekahkan kat neighbour sempena harijadi anaknya....just contribute utk tambahkan menu kat atas meja die... tak sangka pulak ramai yg bekenan...comel katenye...
hilang penat2 & panas mengukus tadi bile kene puji....hehe....
